I brought my Lexus in because check engine light was on, Eric was super kind and professional and checked it . He thought based on the codes that it was the gas cap so he advised me to drive around and come back if it continues. Chris was also super and taught me a lot about my Lexus. Always in a kind professional manner. The waiting area is super clean and pretty and they offered free WiFi . I recommend this shop without reservation!

Since we moved to Boynton Beach a couple years ago, we have been utilizing Eric and his team to service my wife's Lexus IS250. They communicate well and clear. Happy I found this business to service my Lexus. I booked an appointment online for today, they took the car immediately and did exactly what I knew the car needed, oil, filter change and tire rotation. I was out fast and the cost was reasonable. They were respectful of me, other customers that came in before and after me and were friendly and professional. I'm definitely going back and will be glad to refer others to this place.

We brought our 2014 Lexus 570 there for some deferred maintenance and repairs. They were extremely knowledgeable and got the job done right. The AHC system in the Lexus even gives dealers headaches. We're very happy with their work. Don't let Dealers scare you that only they can work in advanced systems. If you find a knowledgeable passionate mechanic /owner , they are better than the dealers.

I found Eric's shop via yelp! after my wife received a quote for a number of items that the Toyota service department said she must have done, at a tariff of almost $3,000. Considering the minimal use my wife's car gets and some of the recommended repairs I turned to yelp to find an independent auto shop to review their findings. I arrived for my appointment and Eric's team went to work reviewing my wife's Camry and the items of the car that "needed" to be repaired. 45 minutes later the mechanic comes out and informs me that the vehicle is in immaculate condition, not a thing is wrong or any of the "needed" repairs are remotely needed. I thank the gentlemen and pull out my wallet to pay and he informs me there would be no cost. Wow! I've never had that happen at a service shop before. I committed to him I would be bringing our vehicles here for the next service required going forward. Honest, professional and kind. I'm due for a major service on my Lexus and intend on giving them my business. After that service I will update again.

I have had two experiences with Eric's Wrench. The first one was in 2018 replacing an evaporator in my 2008 Lexus. I had received several quotes and Eric's Wrench was in the middle. I knew they did quality work from the reviews and specialized with Lexus. I decided on them. They provided a loaner and I was able to pick up the car the same day which really surprised me considering how difficult the job was. To this day, in March of 2020, the Lexus has been going great. In Dec of 2019, my Infiniti G37 was stuttering at stop lights and I was receiving possible transmission error codes. I tried a couple of simple things via forums with no luck. I knew I was in for a very expensive repair and took the car to Eric's Wrench to determine what the damage would be. A couple of hours later, I received the fateful call. My stomach literally turn. What I was about to learn was probably the best surprise I have had in a few years. The only thing wrong with the car were two cracked air intake hoses. Both were replaced and the car had tested with no issues. To this day the car has been running great and no more check engine lights. Even though I have to drive from Jupiter, it feel it is well worth it to take my car to Eric's Wrench.

Great service at reasonable prices on my Lexus. Toyota-Lexus trained mechanics. Highly recommend. Much less expensive than a dealer with the same expertise.

Might be the best experience we have ever head with a mechanic. Super humble and kind. The shop is unbelievably clean and professional. We brought in our tacoma and 4runner for some very technical work not knowing if they would be willing to take on the challenge and like nothing they got the vehicles back to us exactly how we wanted them. This place puts other shops to shame, they are on a league of their own yet very competitively priced. If you have a Toyota or Lexus this shop is the best place in South Florida hands down!

This is definitely the car shop ever. I strongly recommend them if you own either a Toyota or a Lexus. They have an amazing service.

I've taken my car to some Lexus dealers and just don't get the quality of service I get from Eric. The dealer offers coffee, pastries, a gym, teeth whitening, massages, mani/pedis, cheesy resort wear etc but can't even fix my car correctly. Eric bypasses all that junk and gives honest service at an honest price. His shop is small and clean and very personable. It's nice to be able to actually talk to the tech that's working on my car, just like if I go to the doctor. He's diagnosed problems with my car that the dealer couldn't, and saved me money. Here in South Florida it's a constant struggle to find honest service and to avoid getting ripped off, or even worse, paying for someone to actually screw your car up even worse. I drive 40 minutes to get to Eric's, and it's well worth it for the confidence of knowing my car will be serviced right.
