DURING INSPECTION FOUND BATTERY TERMINAL ENDS ARE LARGE ON BATTERY POST, THAT A PIECE OF LEAD WAS ADDED TO BOTH TERMINAL ENDS. (LEAD WAS THERE PTS) LOOSEN, CLEANED AND RE TIGHTEN BATTERY TERMINALS. RE-TESTED BATTERY, BATTERY PASSED. AFTER FINAL TEST FOUND A NO START CONDITION THAT WAS A STARTER FAILURE.
